1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions. Their definitions are provided here upfront to make this document easier to read in full.

• "Platform" refers to the jitawin website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on the platform who is operating an active account.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal login profile together with their wallet and related information.
• "Bonus" refers to an additional amount granted under a promotional activity, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to the amount placed to participate in a game or sports event.
• "Net Loss" refers to the negative balance remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the jitawin platform and participate in any casino or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Information provided at registration will be verified at a later stage, and if age-related information is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Every user must complete an identity verification process after registration. This process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card or passport, and proof of address if needed. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Policy

A user may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If different members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, they must submit brief identification to confirm this.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If any details change, the member is responsible for updating them. If false or misleading information is provided, jitawin reserves the right to suspend the account at any time.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing a password with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be contacted immediately.

3.2 Account Usage Responsibility

The account holder is fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out under their account. Allowing a third party to use the account or transferring the account to another person is not permitted.

3.3 Technical Issues

Service interruptions may occur due to network disconnection, server maintenance or other technical reasons. If a bet is cancelled or left incomplete as a result of such an interruption, jitawin will make its decision based on its own system records, and that decision will be considered final.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The accepted payment methods for depositing at jitawin are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — the same limit applies for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

Any deposit or withdrawal request may need to be confirmed via OTP or another verification method. Deposits from a third party's mobile number or bank account are not accepted — the source and destination of a transaction must be registered in the same member's name.

4.4 Account Balance Expiry

If an account has no transactions or gaming activity for 180 days, it may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, the member must contact support.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus — the balance becomes ৳3,000 and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

jitawin has several additional bonus offers for regularly active members:

• Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on a deposit one day per week, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• jitawin Slots Festival Bonus: 75% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Friday Cricket Bonanza: 60% bonus on deposits to cricket markets every Friday, up to ৳12,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Birthday Special Gift: Verified members will receive up to ৳2,000 during their birthday month; wagering 15x.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

The specified wagering requirement must be met before any winnings earned from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — once the wagering on one bonus is complete, the next one becomes active. jitawin reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, odds are variable and the odds in effect at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply. For pre-match bets, no bets will be accepted after the scheduled start time of the event.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a sports event is cancelled or takes place more than 12 hours after its scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. For partially completed events (such as a cricket match stopped by rain after 5 overs), jitawin will follow internationally accepted rules.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

The results of slot and casino games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) value of each game is set by the respective game provider and applies as a long-term average. The outcome of any single session is not dependent on previous sessions.

6.4 Live Casino

The dealer's decisions and session records at live casino tables are final. If a live connection is lost due to a technical issue, the bet result will be determined based on the last confirmed state.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitawin platform:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to misuse bonus benefits.
• Playing games or placing bets through automated bots, scripts or any software.
• Transacting from another user's account or artificially inflating winnings through collusion.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or using the platform as a means of money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers or security measures.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited. The matter may also be referred to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

jitawin makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary outages may occur due to server maintenance, natural disasters, network failures or other unavoidable reasons. jitawin bears no liability for compensation in such circumstances.

8.2 Liability for Financial Loss

The risk of financial loss from betting and gaming rests entirely with the user. jitawin never guarantees winnings. jitawin is not responsible for losses caused by network issues or fraud by another party.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The games and sports content displayed on the platform depend on the respective game providers and data suppliers. jitawin's liability for technical errors or data inaccuracies on their part is limited.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by jitawin

jitawin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for breach of rules, suspected fraud or any other valid reason. There may be specific cases where jitawin is not obliged to explain the reason for closure.

9.2 Closure by the User

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request through the support team. Before the account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than verifying financial transactions.

11 Responsible Gaming Guidelines
